What Will It Cost?

Sydney Property Buyers Agents believe our fees are very reasonable but still guarantee a complete personal service. You will definitely receive a one-on-one commitment until we locate that property for you.

Our fee structure is simple: our fee is payable only when we are successful in securing a property for you.

For all purchases:

  • under $500,000 our fee is $3,000
  • $500,000 to $1 million our fee is $5,000
  • $1 million to $3 million our fee is $8,000
  • $3 million and over our fee is 1% of the purchase price

Once a Buyers Agency Agreement has been signed, a retainer fee of $1,000 is charged. We will immediately begin to search for that perfect property for you.

The balance of our fee is then paid once a property has been purchased, usually upon exchange of contract.
