If you have found the property that you want and it is going to auction we are able to represent you at the auction.
Some people prefer not to be present at an auction for a whole raft of reasons. Sometimes it is for confidentiality reasons. Sometimes people are concerned that they may bid over their heads. Alternatively some people can physically not make it to an auction. Whatever the reason if you would prefer not to bid at auction yourself we are able to do it on your behalf.
We will discuss with you the property and attain your strict instructions with regard to price. Use our experience to represent you at an auction and at the negotiating table should the property be passed in.
