Fees and Charges
Sydney Property Buyers Agents offers one-on-one services to help you find the right property at a very reasonable and compatible price. Our fee structure is simple and is payable only when we are successful in securing a property for you.
Property Purchase
- Under $500,000 - our fee is $3,000
- $500,000 to 1 million - our fee is $5,000
- 1 million to 3 million - our fee is $8,000
- 3 million and over - our fee is 1% of the purchase price
All prices are GST inclusive.
Once a Buyers Agency Agreement has been signed, a retainer fee of $1,000 is charged. We will immediately begin to search for that perfect property for you.
The balance of our fee is then paid once a property has been purchased, usually upon exchange of contract.
Auction Bidding
Sydney Property Buyers Agents are aware that some people feel uneasy about buying property at auction. With this in mind we have a service which enable us to undertake the bidding on your behalf. A definite advantage to the buyer is that with us bidding you don't get caught up in a bidding war. People become emotionally attached to property and tend to forget what the property is really worth. We will stick to your bidding limit.
- Attendance without success - $250
- Attendance with success - $500
