What is the difference between a Real Estate Agent and a Buyers Agent?

Can I cancel my agreement with Sydney Property Buyers Agent?

Yes you can cancel your agreement at any time. This is covered in the initial agreement you signed with us. The only fee you will be responsible for is the $1,000 retainer fee which you would have paid when you originally signed the agreement.

Who is best suited to this service?

Can I claim your fees on tax?

If you are purchasing a property to live in the answer is probably no. But, if you are buying for an investment or commercial property you should be able to claim our fees on your tax. Please check with your accountant in regard to your own personal situation.

Can you arrange services like pest and building reports?

We can recommend companies that Sydney Property Buyers Agents have used in the past and more importantly, trust. It is of the utmost importance that these checks take place before a property is purchased. If there is a fault or something requiring attention, this can influence the eventual sale price of the property. We attend all of these inspections. We can also put you in contact with mortgage brokers, removalists and tradesmen.

Do you specialise in any area?

Yes, we are specialised in all areas in Sydney. But Sydney Property Buyers Agents can also source properties beyond Sydney if necessary.

Do you sell property as well?

No. Sydney Property Buyers Agents do not sell property - we act for the property buyers only. This is where, you the buyer, gets the complete service of a buyers agent who is only searching for property for you.
